To use the Loyalty Card, you must be subscribed to the app, either the Silver or Gold package.

If you cannot access the Loyalty Card in your app, it means your subscription is not active.

If you have paid, and still cannot access the loyalty, please email info@dsmart.co.za.
🎁 Program Benefits
The Loyalty Program has two main components:
1. Points & Free Gifts

Each time you visit the gym, check-in to earn 1 point.

You can only earn 1 point per day, no matter how many sessions you attend.

Once you’ve reached the goal, you’ll receive a free gift.

Gifts can be redeemed directly at the gym.

Please note: Gifts may change at any time at the discretion of the gym management team.
2. Exclusive Discounts

As a Loyalty Card member, you’ll also enjoy special discounts at the facility.

Coupons can be redeemed as often as you like, provided they are still valid.

Discount offers may change at any time, at the discretion of the store owners.

Discounts are only available to gym members and must be redeemed through the app.
